DayDream Standard Functionality Price List

The following list of standard DayDream functionality can be added at any time - please contact us for more information about how a particular plugin can help your business.
Please note:
a) some of these features may already be included in your site.
b) some prices are given as ranges as the actual cost depends on how exactly you would like the functionality to work on your site - please contact us for a customised quote.

• Automatic Email Address Spam Protection £100 (one off charge)
  Protection of all email addresses (existing and new addresses you enter) on your website from email spam robots. Compatible with visitors' email software and webmail services.
• Add to Favourites £75 (one off charge)
  Allow users to instantly add the current page to their web browser favourites or set it as their homepage.
• Automatic Incoming Links £75 (plus £8 monthly charge)
  Increase your website's important in search engines' eyes and move up the search engine rankings by gaining automatic incoming links to your website from other websites. Number of incoming links automatically increases every month.
  (Please note the basic Link Exchange Program is organised by a third party and the monthly charge covers their fee. The one off charge covers improvements made to the program and integration with your website. HineSystems.com is not responsible for the effectiveness of this program).
• Capture Email Address (Extended Content Program) £150 (per item)
  Guest visitors may view a certain percentage of a page but to view the entire page they must supply their email address. They will then be emailed a customised link which they can use to view the rest of the page's content.
  You will be informed whenever someone requests access to the entire page and you can track which of these visitors then clicks the link provided in their email (and even how long it took them to do so).
• Content Management from £250
  Edit your website's content yourself as easily as working on a Word Document:
  • Block Editor - £250 plus £5 monthly charge
    Edit *existing text content* on your website using a simple Word like editor, as often as you like, from any internet connected PC.
  • File and Image Uploader - £150 plus £5 monthly charge
    Upload files (e.g. Images, PDF documents, Excel spreadsheets) to be included within your website's content (images) or as download links (files) via your Block Editor - as often as you like, from any internet connected PC.
  • Image Resizer - £100
    Resize uploaded images quickly and easily.
  • Page Editor - £500 plus £10 monthly charge
    For total control use the Page Editor to add and remove pages, re-arrange the structure of existing pages and even add extra sections (tabs) to your website.
• Content Us Form £50 or Custom Forms (please contact us for a quote) (one off charge)
  Customised Contact Us Form or your own Custom Forms which instantly email submitted information to you.
  Features data validation (e.g. ensure a valid email address has been entered) and requiring certain fields to be completed before the form may be submitted.
• Content Us Form Log or Custom Forms Logs £50 each (one off charge)
  In addition to completed Form data being automatically emailed to you, this functionality allows you to keep sortable logging of all completed form information in your Administration area for future reference and backup.
• Intelligent Forms from £100
  Need to direct visitors to different parts of your website depending on what information they enter into your custom form? Intelligent Forms is the solution.
• Directory from £500
  Breakdown your information into a free text, fully searchable hierarchical structure - Ebay style. You can even edit the layout of the item previews and detailed views using your content management tools.
  Of course, fully search engine optimised with friendly addresses (e.g. /italy/handbags/blue) to ensure search engines preferentially rank all your content.
• Discussion Forum £450 (plus £5 monthly charge)
  Interactive Discussion Forum featuring separate categories and topics within these categories which can be accessible to different member groups. Features instant email notification of new replies, updated topics since your last visit, search, administrator moderation, guest access and more. Fully integrated with your members' area (members only need one set of account details).
• Ecommerce from £500 (monthly charges may apply)
  Fully integrated with your DayDream website and the payment gateway / merchant bank of your choice [required].
  An online shopping system with powerful features such as:
  • shopping cart
  • advanced search
  • unlimited products and product categories
  • best sellers
  • customer reviews
  • new products
  • what others brought
  • special offers
  • product update email notifications
  • multiple shipping and payment methods
  • customer order status tracking
  • affiliate commission tracking system
  Administrator access allows you to add, remove or modify products or prices at any time.

• Email Page to a Friend £200 (one off charge)
  Allows users to email a link to the current page they are viewing to their friend (or themselves) and attach a custom message with just one click.
• Email Notification on Page Visit £50 per page (one off charge)
  If you have less frequently visited page such as a sale conversion page, this plugin will instantly email you whenever somebody visits this page with details including their username, internet (IP) address and more.
• Excel Document On-The-Fly Generation from £350 (one off charge)
  Do you have data you would like your visitors to be able to download in an Excel spreadsheet? Does the data vary depending on user and other factors? No problem. DayDream can generate Excel Spreadsheets in real time allowing your members to save and organise their data in a convenient format.
• Members' Area from £250 plus £5 monthly charge
  Restrict access to certain areas of your website. Signup new members yourself (or members may sign themselves up via a automatic signup process) and remove old members from your Administration Control Panel.
  Members may change their password and you may change any members password on their behalf.
  Members are automatically remembered when visiting from the same computer and are transparently logged in.
• Members' Profiles from £300 (monthly charges may apply)
  Allow members to maintain a searchable publically viewable profile about themselves. 'Mini sites' allows each member to have several webpages within your site which they can edit themselves.
• Multi lingual from £200 (per language)
  Duplicate your website content in multiple languages. All languages are fully updateable by you using your content management tools.
  (Please note this is not an automatic translation service - you will need to get your content translated manually).
• Newsletter from £150 (monthly charges may apply)
  Keep your members updated with your latest information by regular DayDream managed newsletters which visitors may subscribe to and unsubscribe from.
• PDF On-The-Fly Generation from £350 (one off charge)
  Do you have data you would like your visitors to be able to download in Adobe's PDF format? Does the data vary depending on user and other factors? No problem. DayDream can generate PDF documents in real time allowing your members to save, but not edit, your data in a convenient format.
• Random Content Block £150 each (one off charge)
  Display random content from a predefined selection of multiple possible blocks (up to 10). Perfect for displaying a different, random testimonial or 'hot item' on your website. Great for search engine optimisation as search engines love to see different content on each visit. What's more if you have purchased content management features you can edit these randomly selected blocks whenever you like.
• RSS Feeds - Include Dynamically Updating Content from £25 each (one off charge)
  Keep your website's content automatically regularly updated with your latest industry news. Great for search engine optimisation as search engines love to see fresh content!
• Secure File Share from £300 (plus £5 monthly charge)
  Securely share files with individual members or different groups of members within your members area. Files are not accessible to non authorised users or hackers! Members can be automatically notified when new files are uploaded for them.
• Search from £150
  Allow visitors to search your websites content.
• Site Map £100 (one off charge)
  Dynamically updating, search engine friendly site map displaying all your websites pages accessible to the current visitor or member allowing quick navigation around your site.
• Statistics from £30 (per request)
  Visitor statistics including number of unique visitors, number of visits they make, popularity of pages e.t.c. broken down by day and month.
  £30 per request or £250 for access to daily updated statistics. Sample available on request.
• Targeted Emailer from £400 (monthly charges may apply)
